- Progressive Web App (PWA) development

- GDPR compliance implementation and Google performance optimization
We do not provide mobile app development, large-scale custom software development, or services outside our stated scope. Content on this website does not constitute an offer to provide services outside this scope.
3. Pricing and Quotes
Prices displayed on this website are indicative ranges. The final price for any project is determined after a scoping conversation and confirmed in a written quote. Published ranges do not bind us to a specific price until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
4. Our Delivery Approach
We follow an MVP-first methodology: we deliver a minimum viable version of your project, gather real user feedback, and iterate. Timelines and iteration rounds stated in your proposal reflect this approach. Delays caused by late client feedback, content, or approvals extend project timelines accordingly.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Providing timely feedback, content, and approvals as reasonably required
- Ensuring they hold rights to all materials (text, images, trademarks) they supply
- Maintaining accurate account and billing information
- Using deliverables in compliance with applicable laws
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all custom code, design assets, and content created specifically for their project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
8. No Warranties
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we build sites to meet Google Core Web Vitals standards and GDPR requirements at delivery, ongoing compliance and performance depend on how the site is maintained and used after handover.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the studio's registered place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
