Case Study

How we solved a real business problem with a better website.

French B2B SaaS

A French B2B SaaS company selling subscription analytics to European sales teams. Their marketing site was a single landing page on an outdated builder, and their analytics dashboard worked only on desktop - which was a problem because their customers' reps needed numbers on phones between client meetings. We rebuilt the marketing site with a real content architecture for SEO and delivered an installable PWA dashboard that caches the last 30 days of analytics and works offline.

Technology

Challenge

The client sold analytics subscriptions to B2B sales teams across France, the UK, and the Benelux. Their marketing site was a single long landing page built on a no-code drag-and-drop tool - no product pages, no blog, no structured pricing, so search engines had almost nothing to index. Meanwhile, their web dashboard was designed for desktop: sales reps trying to check pipeline numbers between client meetings on their phones were stuck, and the app cut out entirely on trains or in basements with no signal.

Solution

We rebuilt the marketing site as a proper content architecture - product, use cases, pricing, resources, and legal pages - with French and English versions targeting the keywords prospects actually searched. On top of that, we delivered an installable PWA panel that logs in against their existing analytics API, presents the same dashboards in a mobile-first layout, and caches the last 30 days of data locally so reps can review KPIs offline.

Technical Approach

The marketing site is statically generated from a headless CMS with server-side rendering for SEO, and every old URL was carried over with a documented 301 redirect map. The PWA shell uses a service worker to precache the app shell and cache successful API responses, with analytics snapshots stored in IndexedDB for offline reads. An Add to Home Screen prompt is shown after the second visit, and push notifications are used only to deliver scheduled report alerts.

Results

Within two months of launch, 68% of active dashboard users had installed the PWA, and offline access became a standard feature in sales demos. Organic demo requests rose by 45% within three months as the rebuilt content started ranking, and mobile load time on the marketing site dropped from 5.2 seconds to 1.4 seconds.

Results

  • PWA installed by 68% of active dashboard users within 2 months
  • Organic demo requests up 45% within 3 months
  • Marketing-site mobile load time: 5.2s -> 1.4s
